Moving Ahead

This was my experience I had with Moving Ahead.  I wrote this letter to them, thought I'd share it with you.  

"Dear Moving Ahead:
I'm taking the time to write this letter to let you know how great of a job Dontez, Kevin, and Mason did when helping me move my things last week.  Not only did I schedule a move at the last minute possible, I also didn't realize that our elevators would be taken away from us from 12:30 - 2:30 during my scheduled move out time.  I think any other 3 movers in the city would have taken that opportunity and ran with it, taken a 2 hours lunch and charged me by the hour until we got the elevators back.  But these guys didn't, they showed up at 11:30 a.m. and barely had an hour to empty out an entire 1 bedroom apartment (14 floors up) that included 2 couches, a flat screen TV (Dontez wrapped it so well I could have taken it back to best buy and got a refund), a full size bed, a large glass desk, mirrors, and what ever else you'd expect to find in a one bedroom.  So they busted their ass when they could have easily taken the high road and charged me a few extra hours.  These are things customers come to appreciate, because that few hundred extra bucks would have been money I needed for groceries for the next week and a half.  
I told the guys after we were done that I don't think they could have physically gotten it done any faster, they hustled the entire 4 hours they were helping me, from start to finish.  See, this was my first moving experience in NYC and people had been telling me their nightmare stories the weeks leading up to it, about how I'd have to make sure the guys were helping and not taking their time moving the stuff, but once again, these guys made it the easiest move of my life (I've moved across country twice and all over Michigan growing up) which was amazing because I'll be honest, I hate moving, its not an easy job, and I was dreading this move for the past month.  I normally would never take the time to write a letter like this, but these guys deserve it, I'll definitely be using Moving Ahead again and the only reason is because of them.  I'm hoping I can get these guys to help me with my next move when I figure out a new place to live.  Thanks again.
